My wife and I decided to move out of our apartment and into a house. We tried different realtors and they all fell short of our expectations. They didn’t seem very considerate when it came to what we were looking for, rather, they were very pushy and wanted us to purchase anything that was on the immediate market at the time. Ultimately, we decided to buy a multifamily home with my parents, and the first two realtors clearly showed a lack of interest and understanding of how to deal with multiple properties at once, claiming it was too complicated and wanted brokers involved. We couldn’t bother with all the detours and strings attached. Then we met Injot. Injot was the complete opposite of the first two realtors we connected with. She’s very kind and approachable, and let us (the buyers) take our time to look for our ideal home. She showed patience and understanding, was never pushy. In the end, Injot was able to make a triple real estate transaction with two houses and one apartment. She did what the others said would be either impossible or too complicated. I decided to move because I found out that Calgary was cheaper than Ottawa where I lived. I was looking for a realtor that will represent me in the best was possible.
